Photo, turnaround, shipping and return policy.

Photos from the Living Archive Photo Collection, are shipped via Insured carrier or can be picked up from the JEM Membership office at 468 Crown St Brooklyn NY 11225.

Photos are custom printed and cannot be returned. However standard items may be exchanged for credit if they are retuned in the original condition and packaging.

Frames and canvas are final sale they cannot be retuned unless they arrived damaged. In that case a RMA number should be requested and we will take care of the shipping.

Please allow up to two weeks for shipping of Products from the Living Archive Photo Collection. Many items are custom made for you, increasing turnaround time. If you require your photo by a certain date, please inquire before placing your order.

Please inspect the parcel upon delivery for no sign of damage.
