Every year, the Chabad Lubavitch Shluchim - emissaries - from around the world, gather in to share ideas and inspiration, to study and to catch up with old friends, and to recharge their spiritual batteries at the resting place of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory.
